Exciting news: Brady’s podcast, “Red, Blue, and Brady,” is a finalist for the prestigious Shorty Awards for the third year in a row!
The Shorty Awards honor the best digital and social media content and projects. As a finalist, we're also in the running for the Shorty Audience Honor, which is a special honor determined by public votes. Yes, that means your votes!
We created the “Red, Blue, and Brady” podcast to bring survivors, researchers, activists, legislators, and average Americans into the conversation about gun violence prevention. With over 40,000 people in America killed by guns each year, the podcast provides a powerful forum to address an epidemic that touches all of our lives. We focus on under-served communities that are disproportionately impacted by America’s gun violence epidemic but receive less media attention and political care. This season, RBB has sought to widen conversations about gun violence to be more intersectional, and based in harm reduction.
We need your vote to win this award! The deadline to vote is Wednesday, November 9.
