Our Councils bring together individuals each with their own unique connection to the gun violence prevention movement: We are parents, teachers, survivors, surgeons and physicians, organizers, media and advertising executives, film producers and writers, influencers, philanthropists, and more. The Councils serve as a critical pipeline for fundraising to scale Brady’s programs and for creating new partnerships with organizations, corporations, legislators, and foundations. Each member has committed to helping Brady and the gun violence prevention movement at large with their time, resources, and treasure.

We are unique in the movement in that we are survivor-founded and survivor-led. Our leaders and team members who are gun violence survivors deeply understand the solutions that will save lives. We fight because we want to do everything in our power to make sure that no other family suffers the pain and loss of losing a loved one to gun violence.
Each time you choose to engage with Brady, you’re furthering our lifesaving mission.
