As a former public defender, civil practice attorney, and Obama appointee to the Department of Labor. Erin Davis has almost two decades of experience as a trial attorney. She currently uses her vast litigation experience to help victims of gun violence find justice against the gun industry for the devastation caused to their families and others. Erin’s work at Brady, also challenges dangerous gun industry state and federal immunity laws that infringe on victims’ access to seek justice.
As Director of Litigation at Brady, Erin leads Brady’s impact driven affirmative litigation work. Erin has successfully litigated cases across the country including many cases with seven figure resolutions, significant reforms of the gun industry and has developed important legal precedent. Her groundbreaking work at Brady earned her the honors of being a finalist for the Public Justice Trial Lawyer of the year award and the President’s award from the Arkansas Trial Lawyer Association. Her work at Brady has been featured across the country in both national and local newspapers.
Erin is a graduate of the Stanford School of Public Policy at Duke University and Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law. She is licensed to practice law in North Carolina, Hawaii, Maryland, D.C and the District of Hawaii.
