Regulate Bump Stocks

The Supreme Court just put bump stocks — deadly devices that turn semi-automatic firearms into the functional equivalent of machineguns — back into the hands of civilians. Bump stocks were used during the Las Vegas massacre that killed 60 people and injured hundreds more.
