Brady Legal Joins Suit Against Gun Manufacturer For Irresponsibly And Unlawfully Marketing And Selling The Assault Rifle Used in the Gilroy Garlic Festival Mass Shooting


On July 28, 2019, an individual entered the Gilroy Garlic Festival in San Francisco, CA while armed with a Century Arms AK-47 rifle and a 70-round drum high-capacity magazine. This individual killed three and injured an additional 17 festivalgoers. Brady Legal represents the victims and the families of the mass shooting. We're seeking damages and injunctive relief from Century Arms LLC., for negligently marketing and selling the AK-47 rifle.
