Brady represents the family of Anthony C. King in a lawsuit against the sporting goods chain Cabela’s. King was unintentionally shot and killed with ammunition sold by Cabela’s hours before the shooting. The complaint alleges that Cabela’s. contributed to the shooting by selling handgun ammunition to a person under the age of 21 in violation of state and federal law.
