Brady represents the parents of a 13-year-old J.R. Gustafson, against the manufacturer, distributor and sellers of a defectively designed handgun. The complaint alleges that the gun failed to include reasonable, well-known safety features that would have prevented the unintentional shooting and death of J.R. Gustafson had been they been included.
