Thomas W. Madden And Julie Boeckman v. P&S Electric And Roustabout Service, Inc. And Shirley Lynn Loder

CASE STATUS: ACTIVE

JULY 9, 2021
KANSAS

Brady represents the family of Thomas Madden, who was murdered with a firearm sold by  Defendant P & S Electric and Roustabout Service, Inc (P&SE). The murderer was a convicted felon who could not lawfully purchase or possess a firearm. The complaint alleges that P&SE helped channel the firearm into the murderer’s hands by ignoring numerous red flags making it clear that the named purchaser of the murder weapon was acting as a straw buyer supplying another individual.
