Marquise Johnson was a college student and football player who was unintentionally shot in the leg by his teammate. Brady represents Johnson in a suit against Beretta Corp., Fabbrica D’Armi Pietro Beretta, and Bass Pro Shops for the defective design of the firearm. The complaint alleges that the gun lacked multiple safety features that, if included, would have prevented this unintentional shooting from occurring.
Brady Legal and Shamberg Johnson & Bergman filed a product liability lawsuit on behalf of Marquise Johnson against gun manufacturer Beretta Corp., Fabbrica D’Armi Pietro Beretta, and Bass Pro Shops.
