The Old Line State offers no-excuse absentee voting as well as same-day and online voter registration. Unfortunately, Maryland’s early voting dates are narrow and they do not mail ballots to eligible voters. Mailing ballots with pre-paid postage stamps to voters is a great way to ensure everyone has access to a ballot and can vote early and safely with no financial or time burden.
