Reforming the Gun Industry

Brady Legal takes on the gun industry in court, fighting to keep guns out of dangerous hands and save lives. We represent victims of gun violence against gun companies who negligently supply or make guns, working to reform the gun industry through impactful litigation. Brady Legal has brought or assisted in more than 250 lawsuits in over 40 states. Through our litigation efforts against the corporate gun lobby, we have won over $30 million dollars in settlements and verdicts for victims and their families.
