No one in America should ever be threatened with guns while exercising their right to vote.
But right now, only six states and the District of Columbia ban firearms at polling places, and threats of voter intimidation are on the rise. That’s why we’re calling on Congress to pass the Vote Without Fear Act. This sensible legislation would ban firearms within 100 yards of any federal election site, prevent threats of armed intimidation at the ballot box, and safeguard our right to vote without fear.
Please urge your representative to support the Vote Without Fear Act as we approach the 2022 midterm elections.
